FUJI FOODS USA is Hiring a Beef/Chicken Lead Operator Near Browns, NC
Job Summary: This position's essential duties and responsibilities relate to the operation of the Beef/Chicken department including, in addition to their other responsibilities, but not limited to: individual operator responsibilities, inspection, and directing the process of operation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct Pre and Post operation inspection checks in the department.
Oversee process flow and clean-up of operations.
Direct and train employees.
Inform supervisor of needs and opportunities that arise.
Direct and operate complete Ingredient Loading Process.
Be a resource to other employees for production and process questions in the absence of supervisory staff.
Perform additional duties as necessary.
Drive a forklift in order to move product.
Job Requirements:
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively through out entire shift.
Ability to climb portable ladders and climb steps/stairs several times during shift.
Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, lifting, bending, stooping, kneeling, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
Ability to work as team member and meet assigned deadlines.
Work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Follow safety standards in working with multiple services, tools, and equipment.
Perform other duties as directed by management and leadership.
Mandatory Job Qualifications:
Complete working knowledge of Fuji Foods processes and procedures of department.
