Job Summary :
This position's essential duties and responsibilities relate to the operation of the Beef department including making sure all Kettles are clean at the start of the day.
Verify that the ingredients are correct for that day’s production. Follow the instructions on the batch sheets for each specific product.
Clean Kettles at the end of the shift and perform a CIP (Clean In Place) on the used Kettles. Cleaning the floor and put away parts at the end of the shift.
Other responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following : general maintenance duties, cleaning department areas, and packing when needed.
