We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Wintel System Administator to join our Infrastructure Team at FUJIFILM Data Management Solutions.

THE ROLE

Fujifilm Data Management Solutions are seeking an experienced Wintel System Administrator to join our Infrastructure team in Sydney CBD or in our Melbourne office. The person will join the team responsible for maintaining the operational effectiveness of an organisation's Windows and VM Infrastructure.

The Wintel system administrator’s role is to be involved with not only BAU tasks but join project-based requirements and ensure the smooth running of Wintel owned infrastructure, in a timely and efficient manner. The Wintel system administrator is considered an expert of the FUJIFILM DMS Support process and must ensure that all internal and external clients know the status of their support calls (this applies particularly with respect to outage and change notification requirements).

  • Perform system administration and support tasks as required and/or as directed by senior members of the wider team.
  • Perform monitoring and resolution of incident and service requests.
  • Perform daily checks, build and decommission servers as required.
  • Strive to resolve client problems and queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Liaise with IT Managers/Supervisors regarding potential problems across all Business Streams.
  • Work as part of a team, or as an individual as required\directed.
  • Work effectively to reach targets and deadlines.
  • Research, identify and implement creative solutions to problems.
  • Identify and report on opportunities for quality improvement.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the Support Knowledge Base and any other relevant process/document management tools and/or documentations.
  • Maintain a strong client/internal customer focus.

THE CANDIDATE

  • Minimum 5 years of related IT experience.
  • Skills in current enterprise security products covering DLP, next generation AV, SIEM etc.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for incident handling.
  • System discovery/implementation and configuration changes.
  • Apply skills learned from training technical courses and ability to perform echo training case to case basis.
  • Experience in maintaining and supporting the following technologies:

1.Windows OS

  • Server 2019 and Server 2022
  • Desktop Windows 11

2.Microsoft Products

  • Azure and O365 products & Exchange 2019
  • System Centre Suite
  • Active Directory Suite
  • PowerShell

3.Virtualisation

  • ESX
  • MCSA, or other related industry recognised, or tertiary qualifications is desirable.
  • At least 2 years of experiences in IT Support, Networking and Systems Administration.
  • Australian Citizenship as additional AGSVA security clearances will be required.
