Office and Facilities Custodian / Porter

As our Custodian / Porter, you will be an integral part of keeping Fulcrum clean, tidy and restocked. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the office and bathroom areas, the main offices at both locations (Tualatin & Lake Oswego) and assisting the facilities team with any work needed including clean up. In addition, assist in the outside appearance with power washing, window cleaning and floor refinishing on a regular schedule.

Fulcrum Technologies, Inc., is an industry leader in the design and manufacture of custom machine bases for vibration sensitive production tools used in the semiconductor fabrication process. We are seeking a Custodian / Porter for our team.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Vacuum, sweep and mop the main office areas.
• Mop clean and restock bathrooms.
• Mop clean and restock kitchens.
• Vacuum and wipe office areas and management offices.
• Assist in any minor facility work –EG. light bulb changes, furniture building.
• Ensure power wash schedule is completed monthly to ensure building appearance remains to standards.
• Complete work that is on the schedule through Monday - Friday. Some special projects may require weekend work.
• Assist safety lead on any urgent business regarding facility needs to keep the company compliant.
• Promote, develop, and train any new personnel that joins the Facilities team to grow competencies and ensure the success of our company.
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure safety rules and behaviors are respected within the production area.
• Demonstrate and promote company values.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Clean driving record and able & willing to drive company truck.
• 2 years office / shop cleaning and light repairs
• Impeccable work ethic
• Highly detail oriented with outstanding organization and follow through
• Strong time management skills
• Willingness to teach and train others
• Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time; ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent
• Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
