Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) Program Manager

Job Duties: Evaluate and recommend changes to the company operation to increase revenues and optimize operations.Assess, analyze, evaluate and advise on individual projects to improve operations, efficiency, cost, profitability, and overall competitive advantage in the industry. Evaluate existing processes and advise on business systems that drive innovations while maintaining exceptional quality controls. Develop, test and implement project management processes, controls and procedures across special projects and overall company operations.

Requirements: Applicants must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related (employer will accept a general 4 year bachelor’s degree in any area, along with 2 years of experience in Project Management in the High-Mix Low-Volume manufacturing field, in lieu of a Project Management degree), and 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar project leadership role focusing on the area of First of Kind Project development and delivery, including the following experience:

• 3 years of experience managing architecture project budgets, schedules, and scope, including the use of a manufacturing resource program such as M1 and working with Engineering, Architectural teams and City Permitting.
• 3 years of experience managing retail project budgets, schedules, and scope, including Customer Communications and management, Mass production planning and rollout.
• 3 years of experience managing experiential project budgets, schedules, and scope, including Advanced Excel and ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings.
• 3 years of experience developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations including project schedules, project estimates, project scope requirements and ownership of all project communications. to internal and external audiences; and
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
