Fulcrum Technologies, Inc., is an industry leader in the custom design and manufacture of custom machine bases for vibration sensitive production tools used in the semiconductor fabrication process.

We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector I for a full-time, non-exempt position, reporting to the Quality Manager. Quality inspection, manufacturing experience and attention to detail are a must for this role. This role is day shift, M-F, with periodic overtime. Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Perform initial inspection of incoming materials,
• Accurately document issues identified during initial inspection and secure disposition direction from QC department.
• Move and stock materials in warehouse, unload materials from supplier vehicles.
• Assist Inventory Control Coordinator as needed
• Assist QC team as needed
• Always maintain safety procedures to prevent injury to self and other employees
• Participate in all safety training and abide by FTI adopted practices
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

2 years experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment

Experience working in a manufacturing environment

Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail

Read and understand parts drawings

Accurately use and read measuring instruments, such as calipers, tapes and scales

Lifting up to 35 lbs on a regular basis, and assist with lifting up to a maximum of 50 lbs.

Detail oriented, professional and patient

Work as a team member to product quality products and maintain a positive environment
