Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and maximizing sales.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions
- Assist in wireless sales activities and promotions
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a retail environment with a focus on customer service
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in retail math for sales transactions and inventory control
- Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve store goals
- Excellent communication skills with proper phone etiquette
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic accounting principles
