For the past 15 years, Full Blast Pressure Washing has been providing its customers with top-quality exterior cleaning & restoration services. From residential to commercial, to industrial, we work with clients to improve the value and appearance of their properties. We service customers in PA, MD, WV, NJ, and DE.

Our services include Exterior commercial and residential cleaning, Roof cleaning, Gutter cleaning, Decorative concrete & Paver Restoration, Waterproofing, and Snow removal.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a full-time position Monday - Friday. Day shift & minimal weekend and night work will be required as needed.

Hourly wage plus tips and bonuses. Paid overtime, holidays, and 2 weeks of PTO per year!!!!!! Company health insurance is offered.

1 - 2 years experience of some type of pressure washing is preferred but not required.

* All our technicians are eligible for a $500 dollar monthly bonus. The bonus is based on attendance, safety, accuracy, and performance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate pressure washer machinery safely and effectively
• Follow instructions for use of cleaning chemicals
• Manage your time to ensure the assigned scope of work is completed for the day
• Maintain vehicles, equipment, and facilities in a neat, orderly standard
• Perform maintenance on vehicles and equipment as needed
• Complete all assigned work completely and accurately
• Keep accurate service records via our project software
• Performs other duties and projects as required by the supervisor
• Perform snow & ice removal services during winter months

Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel and stay in hotels several times during the year.
• Available to work long days, nights & weekends occasionally.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to provide proof of previous employment.
• Must be comfortable using ladders and boom lifts.
• Maintain a level of regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• General knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills with customers and the team.
• Able to work outdoors in all climates.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Capable of working independently and unsupervised at times.

Promotions and pay raises are available based on employee performance and reliability.
