All candidates will complete a criminal history background check, drug test, and proof of citizenship and legal work authorization.
Position Description:
The customer service specialist is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department. Proficiency with computers / online web-interfaces, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task are required for success within the position.
