Full Circle Property Management is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Burlington, VT
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, inspections, and general upkeep
- Handle maintenance requests from tenants and promptly address any issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC system problems
- Perform preventative maintenance on various equipment and systems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Ensure that properties are in compliance with safety and health regulations
- Coordinate with external service providers for larger repairs and projects
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Assist with property inspections and inventory checks
- Keep inventory of maintenance supplies and place orders when necessary
Requirements
- In-Person work at our Burlington, VT office location and surrounding Chittenden County area
- Prior experience in property maintenance or a related field
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent, additional technical certifications are a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
