We have clients currently in search of DYNAMIC Handyman/woman Maintenance Technicians to service Apartment Communities in Highpoint, NC and surrounding area !

*Attendance is an imperative job function.

COMPENSATION: $18.00-$26.00 Hourly based on experience and certifications

Please note: Short-term position may lead to direct hire employment through a temporary staff-to-hire assignment for the right candidate.

Up to 1 years’ experience in apartment maintenance or similar field (i.e. hotels).

• Change light bulbs
• Unclog toilets and drains
• Replace flapper on toilet
• Replace doorknobs
• Replace drawer pulls
• Replace smoke and carbon monoxide detector batteries
• Power washing
• Snow removal
• Clean pool
• Ability to use basic hand tools properly
