- Under general supervision, performs clerical duties primarily involving numbers and forms.
- Performs daily audit of all revenue departments. This includes Cage, Table Games, and Slots.
- Each Revenue Department must be audited on a daily basis. This includes verifying balances, writing exceptions as needed, investigating variances, documenting adjustments, and complying with all NGC & Casino Rules & Regulations.
- Insuring all paperwork has the appropriate backup and documentation needed to complete the Daily Revenue Audits and Journal Entries.
- Inputting the Daily Revenue into excel spreadsheets, verifying balances and inputting this information into a Journal Entry for posting.
- Insures proper control access, use and disposition of sensitive forms and documents.
- Works with Oasis System and Aristocrat Support team. Verifies and records all meters, investigating discrepancies, documenting variances and complying with both Stockman’s Casino and Grand Lodge NGC Rules & Regulations.
- Is Responsible for adding or removing machines from Oasis System.
- Conducts meter comparisons quarterly and verifies the readings to Oasis System.
- Keeps accurate and complete records of all slot machines for external and gaming audits.
- Accurately records all W-2’s collected from the Cage/Vault in an excel spreadsheet and sends the final report to the I.R.S. at years end.
- Is responsible for sending certain slot reports, as needed, to Full House Resorts.
- Prepares all Participation Reports on a monthly basis, checks all Participation Slot reports generated by the Oasis System for accuracy and sends these reports to Full House Resorts for payment.
- Completes Par Adjustments as needed and keeps accurate records of all changes.
- Prepares copies of all changes and ensures each adjustment has the proper back up for external and gaming audits.
- Prepare, update and distribute all Drop and Count Paperwork as needed.
- Is responsible for collecting all Jackpots from the Jackpot/Fill box on a daily basis. Compares all Jackpots to the Oasis System, and comply with Title 31 rules and regulations.
