Our humble beginnings as a small agency have been transformed into a comprehensive support provider with not one but two offices located in Hilo and Kona and an Adult Day Health Learning Center in Kona. Our team, consisting of over a hundred highly committed employees, works tirelessly to ensure that each individual's unique needs are met with compassion and understanding.

While prior experience in the relevant field is a plus, it is not mandatory.

What We Offer:
At Full Life, you can expect to benefit from a wide range of offerings as a part of our team. We believe in providing our employees with everything they need to thrive and take pride in offering comprehensive benefits to help them do just that. The full-time Kona position starts at $18.50 per hour, while full-time Hilo begins at $17.50 per hour. For part-time positions, the starting rate is $16.00 per hour. Additionally, some positions with the most support are compensated at a starting rate of $19.50 per hour. We also offer incentives for completing and maintaining annual training requirements, which demonstrates our commitment to supporting our team's growth and success.
