As an Instructional Designer , you will empower the workforce through continuous improvement of employee development approaches across various learning platform and styles. You will conceive, design, and develop training materials utilizing the latest instructional and distribution methods. You will also support the team by developing classroom and web-based course content for current and new training programs, maintain and recommend course templates, guides, worksheets and exercises that would impact the bottom line.
