Full Spectrum ABA

Life Changing Therapy for Children and Young Adults with Special Needs.

Seeking a highly motivated RBT to join our growing team in Manatee County, FL! Full Spectrum is rapidly expanding to bring services to more children in this area! Immediate hours available for currently certified RBTs!

--Reimbursement--

RBT: $22-$24/hr

Responsibilities:

· Within county travel to meet our clients in their home, schools, or communities.

· Help children with autism, ADHD, and other neurodiverse needs in home, school, and community based settings

· Following ABA care plans constructed by one of our BCBAs

· Record keeping in our electronic filing system

· Being a support person for families of our clients to ensure successful

· Communicating with families and home office

· Execute a strong level of patience in difficult and stressful situations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required or 2 Years experience
  • Passion for neurodiverse children
  • Driver’s license and up to date car insurance
  • Able to pass background screening
