Full Visibility is seeking a Software Developer to work in Quantico, VA. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance.
The Software Developer will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and implementing software designed around a specific set of requirements or to use particular methodologies required to meet specific procedural requirements. The Developer will design software tools that include system calls to other third-party tools and utilities specified; and design, maintain, and implement original software applications from a high level. The successful candidate will develop software, and application of large and complex software and systems, and web-based query and reporting systems in direct support of the national security mission.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret Clearance
• At least five (5 ) years of experience in designing and implementing IT systems in a production environment
• Experience with multiple programming languages to meet diverse requirements, such as C#, ASP.NET, Python, PowerShell, SQL, XML, WSDLL, Angular, HTML, JavaScript, and Microservices Architecture
• Experience identifying technical strategies to interconnect disparate software applications
• Ability to design and author original software applications
• Ability to produce specifications and design documentation, such as process flow, class diagrams, sequence diagrams, physical architecture, system and web service interface specifications, data dictionary, and data models
• Experience with systems designing, policy development, database development and management, and user interface development
• Ability to maximize use of GOTS and COTS software
• Knowledge of information security systems (ISS) and security standards of sensitive data
• Knowledge of current FISMA Act of 2002
• Four-year degree program in computer science or related field or in lieu of a degree, a total of 10 years of experience

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with deploying container-based solutions
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Microservices Architecture
