Hospitality company is seeking a Promotions Specialist to join their promotions and product marketing team. This position is responsible for ensuring promotional offers are built in the company’s internal system, featured on the company website and communicated broadly.
Onsite 4 days a week in Calabasas, 1 day remote
Temp to hire $28 - $32/hour
Responsibilities

• Maintain promotional tools and resources, updating client facing collateral, and monitoring product inventory, .
• Analyzes and reports on impact of pricing, promotional offers, offer combinations, and other tactics across all products and channels.
• Collaborates with Revenue Management team and Sales to review company incentive programs, consortia programs, and account-specific promotional campaigns.
• Provides monthly dates and prices, including terms and conditions, for promotional flyers and website landing pages; ensures accuracy and deadlines are met.
• Monitors promotion specific content on website and reviews marketing and sales collateral for retail pricing and promotional accuracy, including terms and conditions.
• Assists with competitive analysis relating to competitor pricing, policies, promotions, and product.

Requirements

• Onsite position 4 days a week, 1 day remote
• Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Marketing, Public Relations, Business
• 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related role
• Must be analytical in nature and detail oriented.
• Experience in Inventory Software, Excel, creating reports, pivot tables, formulas and v-lookup
• CRM experience, competitive analysis, and trending tools
• Experience in data analysis, CRM or database management
