Luxury brand is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join their team. In this position you will support the marketing and communications teams.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
- Helps schedule and coordinate a monthly brainstorming meeting to plan for a monthly social media, editorial, marketing and blog calendar.
- Provides engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts.
- Responds to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Increases the number of followers on all channels by following and engaging with potential clients and candidates.
- Use company scheduling account to schedule posts for Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn
- Monitors and reports on feedback via social media and websites
- Test social media advertisements and reports on findings.
- Assists with monthly Social Media Reporting
- Organizes and participates in events to build community and boosts brand awareness.
- Coordinates with Marketing and Public Relations (PR) teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Liaises with various departments to stay updated on new products and features.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 2 years experience in social media management
- 2 years experience working as a Social Media Coordinator
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business Suite
- Thrived in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
