FullShift Staffing, LLC is Hiring a Travel Home Health Physical Therapist Near Tusler, MT

JOIN OUR FULLSHIFT STAFFING TEAM!Responsibilities:
  • Interviewing patients and their family members in their home
  • Creating individualized treatment plans that can be carried out at home
  • Outlining treatment goals and methods to be used
  • Assessing patients and monitoring their progress
  • Using techniques like functional training and exercise, medication, diet changes, and specialized equipment that is designed to treat and alleviate pain
  • Coordinating with other healthcare professionals
  • Travelling to different home care settings
Qualifications:
  • Be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of employment
  • A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred
  • Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current therapy practice
  • Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
