FullSteam is Hiring an Enterprise Sales Development Representative Near Buckhead, GA

This is a HYBRID role, 3 days in office, 2 remote.

As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative for Fullsteam, you will be at the heart of our revenue generation efforts. In this critical role within our centralized Sales Development Team, you are tasked with spearheading the creation of new qualified sales opportunities for your assigned business unit. Your mission is to map the market, identify potential clients, and engage them through strategic outreach, nurturing these leads into qualified opportunities ready for our sales team to close.

As a foundational member of our team, you will not only initiate contact with prospective clients but also cultivate these relationships, guiding them through the early stages of the sales process. Your innovative outreach strategies, both outbound and inbound, will be key to unlocking new business opportunities, setting the stage for Fullsteam's growth and sales excellence.

In this role, you are more than a point of contact; you are a strategic advisor, showcasing the value of our SaaS and Payment solutions and aligning them with the needs of our clients. Your contributions will directly impact Fullsteam's revenue growth and solidify our standing in diverse markets.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients within the target market. Utilize various channels such as LinkedIn, industry events, and online communities to gather relevant information.
  • Lead Generation: Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling, to generate leads and set up initial meetings with potential clients.
  • Qualification: Assess potential clients by evaluating their needs, goals, and budget. Determine if they align with the company's target customer profile and if there is a potential partnership opportunity.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups, meetings, and networking events. Understand their pain points and provide relevant insights and solutions to position the company's products or services as the best fit.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline using CRM software. Keep accurate records of all interactions and update relevant information to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies, share market insights, and improve lead generation efforts. Collaborate with sales executives to pass on qualified opportunities and provide necessary information for successful engagements.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and target clients' needs. Continuously educate yourself on the company's products, services, and value proposition to effectively communicate and differentiate from competitors.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on key metrics, such as lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline progression. Analyze data and identify areas for improvement or adjustments to achieve sales targets.
  • Achieve assigned activity targets consistently to meet or exceed sales goal attainment.

Primary Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales role in the SaaS industry, demonstrating a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with the ability to effectively identify and engage with potential clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of SaaS industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM software and Salesloft or Outreach sales engagement platform is required.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel to industry related events.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and embrace new technologies and industry developments.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
