Job Description:

Position Overview: The Regional Onsite Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations at various onsite locations within a specified region. This role ensures efficient workflow, effective communication, and adherence to company policies and procedures. The coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact between the onsite teams and regional management, providing support, guidance, and problem-solving as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

• Oversee the daily operations at multiple onsite locations within the region.
• Ensure all sites are operating smoothly and efficiently.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures.

Team Coordination:

• Coordinate with onsite teams to ensure proper staffing and resource allocation.
• Facilitate communication between onsite staff and regional management.
• Provide training and support to onsite personnel.

Quality Assurance:

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of onsite teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement corrective actions as necessary.

Client Relations:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients at onsite locations.
• Address client concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and submit regular reports on site operations, performance metrics, and any issues encountered.
• Maintain accurate records of onsite activities and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Logistics and Coordination:

• Coordinate the delivery and distribution of materials and supplies to onsite locations.
• Manage scheduling and logistics for onsite projects and activities.
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of onsite tasks.

Problem-Solving:

• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve onsite operations and enhance efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with regional management and other departments to address challenges.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capability to lift and carry materials up to 25 pounds.

Working Conditions:

• Primarily onsite at various locations within the designated region.
• May require occasional evening or weekend work depending on operational needs.
