The Role

The Staffing Branch Manager in Tampa will be responsible for spearheading business development efforts, ensuring top-quality client delivery and satisfaction, and fostering an engaging workplace environment. This role demands a proactive leader who can efficiently balance daily KPIs while maintaining high ethical standards and promoting team unity.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth through superior service to our existing clients and judicious management of expenditures.
• Recruit, onboard, train, manage, and retain top talent, creating a dynamic team capable of exceeding our objectives.
• Lead regular branch meetings to maintain compliance, enhance processes, and explore innovative recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate with HR, Sales, and Safety departments to expand services and address employee concerns, thereby boosting retention and morale.
• Handle payroll processing backups, ensuring accuracy in hours, rates, and compliance with labor laws.
• Address employee complaints and legal matters swiftly, offering resolutions in line with company policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years' management or supervisory experience in the Staffing Industry.
• Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English preferred.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational, and motivational skills.
• Comprehensive experience in recruitment, payroll administration, benefits administration, and employee relations within a warehouse/production environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google products.
• Ability to lead a diverse team, manage multiple tasks, and foster a positive work environment.
