This role can be performed remotely anywhere within the United States.

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead customer-facing technical projects and advise some of the most strategic accounts in Fullstory’s Consulting Services practice.

You will combine your technical background with Fullstory expertise to help our customers unlock new levels of data maturity with thoughtful, tailored deliverables and scalable solutions. This role will report to the Head of Professional Services. Our consulting services team members are insatiably curious, intrinsically entrepreneurial, and passionate about doing what’s best for our customers.

Travel will be required 25% of the time for this role.

In a typical day, you might:

  • Act as the customer lead for Consulting Services engagements and serve as a trusted technical resource. Collaborate with customers on topics such as data management and architecture, performance optimization, privacy settings, third-party integrations and more.

  • Advise customers on best practices to increase data maturity, collaborating with Consulting Services colleagues to design and deliver project plans that are sensitive to customers’ technical proficiency, timelines, and business goals.

  • Understand a customer’s data requirements and goals. Executing on data ingestion, transformation processes, and creating data models and dashboards to support various customer activities related to product, engineering, performance, and marketing.

  • Deliver summaries and presentations about technical deliverables directly to customers via email and in meetings.

  • Tailor communications with customers to a wide range of technical expertise, and leverage this ability into developing relationships and encouraging Fullstory advocates.

  • Synthesize technical concepts into easy-to-understand guidelines or stories for both internal and customer audiences.

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Experience in software solutions engineering, architecture, or consultant roles overseeing customer project responsibilities in marketing, SaaS, or eCommerce environment

  • Experience with data science, data warehouses and cloud computing platforms (Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake) and query management (e.g. SQL, Python, LookML, etc.)

  • Experience with JavaScript (e.g., Typescript)

  • Experience with technical solution design, building integrations and troubleshooting

  • Experience influencing and driving change at all levels of an organization.
