72 hours bi-weekly
1st / 2nd shift
Schedule: Monday & Tuesday 9:00 AM to 6:15 PM, Wednesday 7:30 AM to 6:15 PM, and Friday 7:30 AM to 4:15 PM
Responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking in patients, collecting copays, prior authorization with insurance companies and some light cleaning and laundry for the Ortho PT area.
Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of medical terminology. Previous physician office experience and experience using Electronic Health Record software preferred. Applicant must be able to multitask and enjoy working with people. Must have great customer service skills and strong computer skills.
