Functional Fitness is a small business in Redwood Falls, MN. Our goal is to improve the health of our community, one person at a time. We create a fun environment for individuals of all ages to make a profound impact on their health. We take personal training to the next level by providing a social aspect and accountability to what can be seen as a chore to many. We, Functional Fitness of Redwood Falls, are looking for our next rockstar that is passionate about helping people live a healthier lifestyle.

The main role we need help with is a personal trainer with responsibilities working with clients as well as at a desk. If you have a passion for health & fitness with a desire to become a coach or a trainer, we can get you certified, no certification necessary to apply. If you already have a certification and want to use it, let’s put that sucker to use.

Each day is a little different and you will be a jack of all trades.

Responsibilities include:

• Training program design
• On the floor coaching - in person, no virtual training
• Client care & communication
• Address walk-ins
• Assist in FF24 membership sign-ons
• Client scheduling
• Team collaborations on projects & program design

Note: This role will require communicating with people in person & over the phone in helping them make a decision about joining a gym. No cold calling or hard selling someone who isn’t interested. We help and guide people to the right membership for their needs.

This position is full-time with hours starting mid-late morning into the evening with one morning shift. M-F, no weekends required.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
