What You’ll Do:
- Lead with Vision: Oversee all aspects of our HR function, aligning it with our mission to serve patients, clients, and team members.
- Elevate Culture: Integrate our Functional Fundamentals into policies and practices to ensure a values-driven environment.
- Strategic Planning: Conduct best practice evaluations of policies and workforce planning to ensure competitive, state-of-the-art strategies.
- Coach and Support: Provide hands-on coaching and advisory support to management and team members, reinforcing compliance, performance, and leadership development.
- Build Relationships: Be a trusted point of contact for employees, resolving concerns with empathy and diplomacy.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required.
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years in HR leadership roles, with proven success supervising remote teams.
- Skills and Traits:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written, oral, and public speaking communication.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to develop and implement policies and processes.
