Our chiropractic team is looking for a friendly, energetic and highly motivated person to join our growing office! We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping and improving our patients alongside our doctors. As our patient care assistant, you will be running our front desk. This means you will be our patient’s first point of contact (both on the phone and in the office) and must radiate positive and friendly yet professional energy.

Key job duties of our Patient Care Assistant are:

• Greeting Patients with cheerful and professional attitude
• Answering phone calls in a helpful, cheerful manner
• Entering patient data in computers
• Collecting payments for services
• Scheduling appointments
• Above all have the willingness to learn and maintain an upbeat and cheerful attitude

Qualifications

• Education:
• High School or equivalent
• Some College or 2 years related experience and/or training
• Other:
• Basic understanding of Anatomy and understanding of Chiropractic Care
• Basic understanding of office equipment such as computer, phones, scanner, printer, credit card machine
• Basic understanding of Insurance and accounting

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 32 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
