- Base Salary: $37,800 - $46,200
- OTE (On-Target Earnings): $54,0000-$66,000

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the GTM Data, Strategy, and Insights team to provide actionable intelligence, strategic insights, and comprehensive reporting to drive decision-making across all GTM functions.
- Experience leading a team of 5-10 technical specialists to executive & operations objectives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks to track and analyze performance against sales quotas and commissions.
- Oversee the integration and maintenance of Salesforce and other CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy and usability.
- Spearhead the strategic planning processes, working closely with executive leadership to align GTM strategies with overall business objectives.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision making, ensuring that insights inform strategic directions and tactical adjustments in real-time.
- Strong background in data analysis, strategic planning, and GTM execution within a tech or SaaS environment.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage analytics and strategy teams.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and data hygiene best practices.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
