- Die operative Umsetzung von Social Media Content (insb. für Instagram und TikTok) für die Marken myself und DONNA liegt in Deinen Händen
- In Absprache mit der Redaktion und dem Social-Team entwickelst Du neue Formate für Social Media und adaptierst Trends für unsere Marken
- Du kommunizierst mit unserer Community und gehst auf ihre Fragen, Wünsche und Anregungen ein
- Du bist für die Planung und Schaltung von Paid- und Sponsored-Kampagnen verantwortlich
- Darüber hinaus analysierst Du die Performance der Kanäle, erstellst Reportings und leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Deine Erfahrung im Erstellen und Produzieren von Social Media Content – ob auf Agentur-, Unternehmensseite oder privat zeichnet Dich aus
- Du stehst gerne vor der Kamera und hast idealerweise schon Moderationserfahrung sammeln können
- Du denkst Social-first, bist selbst aktive*r Nutzer*in von Social Media und bleibst up-to-date, was neue Trends angeht
- Du hast Spaß an Themen rund um Fashion, Beauty und Lifestyle
- Idealweise hast Du bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit Schnittprogrammen (Premiere Pro, FinalCut, CapCut) sowie Grafikprogrammen (Photoshop, InDesign, Canva) gesammelt, oder bist bereit, Dich in diese einzuarbeiten
