Job Overview:
Furnished Finder is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
As the Sales Director at Furnished Finder, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and revenue generation by leading the sales team to achieve key objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include expanding our new listings growth through strategic initiatives, reactivating churned landlords, and nurturing relationships with key accounts to foster retention and upselling opportunities.
This position offers the chance to join a fully remote team, mainly in South America. While our team members are spread across different regions, we foster a cohesive and collaborative work environment through virtual communication channels and regular team meetings. Candidates should be comfortable working remotely and demonstrate the ability to thrive in a distributed team setting.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, results-oriented individual with a strong track record in sales, preferably in the Travel, Real Estate or E-Commerce industry. You should have excellent leadership and communication skills and be able to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results. This role will report to our Chief Operating Officer.
