Furry Fellas is Hiring for a Part Time Office Administrator

Work From Home: Must be located in RI or MA

Duties would include...

-Assistance with Payroll

We use QB full service payroll so it's mostly inputting hours and running reports/creating pay stubs

-Some Bookkeeping Duties

Bank reconciliation / Credit Card Batch Deposits

-HR Assistant Duties

Willing to train but experience a plus

Part Time 3-5 hours per week. Flexible Hours. Work From Home

Must be located in RI or MA

Can be combined with our Client Care Coordinator Position for more hours. 

Qualifications

-Extremely Reliable

-Detailed Oriented

-STRONG Attention to Details

-Good with numbers

-Have prior Office/Admin experience

-Bachelor's Degree Preferred

-Good verbal and written communication skills

You will need an up to date laptop or desktop computer, a strong high speed internet connection and an android/iPhone.
