FurstStaffing is Hiring a Healthcare CSR/Agent Near Rockford, IL
Hours: 8am to 4:30pm, Mon-Fri
Pay: $16.00/hour
Healthcare CSR/Agent Responsibilities:
1. To contact health insurance members to schedule in home/video assessments.
2. Enter the members' information into an EHR.
3. Verify insurance eligibility
4. Maintaining multiple provider's schedules
5. Canceling and rescheduling appointments
6. Updating information as necessary
7. Multi tasking is a plus
8. Usage of multi lines on the phone
Healthcare CSR/Agent Requirements:
1. More than one year’s data entry experience
2. Knowledge of MS Office Suite & Excel required
3. Basic math and reading skills
4. Attention to detail
