Job Description:
fun and interactive group primarily split between our corporate office in Englewood, Colorado and our New York City office. Our Traffic team supports the Media Sales team providing quality service to advertising clients across the country with innovative and exciting advertising solutions. A Traffic Coordinator will perform daily operational and clerical task to maintain the on air product.
Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:
- Accurate data entry in a deadline driven environment, ensuring advertising content airs and bills according to media sales requirements.
- Manage sales inventory on multiple networks, maximizing revenue with minimal errors; investigate and resolve problems, satisfy client needs and manage expectations.
- Interact with sales, engineering, finance, etc. departments for business fulfillment, performing tasks associated with managing orders, programming and inventory; adjusting and verifying advertising content up through billing.
- Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned or as become evident, cross train with-in the department.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills required.
- Knowledge of personal computers and data entry required and must be comfortable with multiple operating systems and software applications.
- media experience is nice, but since this is an entry level position that is not absolutely necessary. Any candidates with data entry experience a plus but don't want to eliminate candidates that don't have media experience.
- looking for an Entry-level Traffic Coordinator for their Media-Sales team.
- Ideal candidates will have 0-6 months of professional experience and should be Tech-savvy and be comfortable with a heavy data-entry job (Exposure of Google sheet, MS Excel will be huge-plus).
- Team Set-up: This team is responsible for updating the traffic-instructions for all the other teams/users and them to their site. It’s a small team of 7 Traffic-coordinators and 2 Lead and 2 Managers all working out of the Denver area.
- Interview Process: 2 Round of interviews (1st will be pre-screening with HM followed by 2nd round by Sr. Manager). Final interview may be Onsite, depending on the talent-pools availability to make a better judgement in hiring-them.
- This will be a 6-month Contract-to-hire role.
- We are looking for candidates that can work Mon- Fri Onsite - no flexibility for remote work or OT
