Position: Fury Water Adventures Booth Sales Agent

Location: Key West, FL

Position Type: Part-Time/Full-Time

What You'll Do:

• Meet Explorers: Greet customers seeking thrilling watersports adventures and assist them in choosing the perfect experience.
• Sales Mastery: Provide expert guidance to customers, helping them select the ideal watersport activity.
• Seamless Reservations: Assist customers with reservations for unforgettable adventures, ensuring their spots are reserved for the adventure of a lifetime.
• Product Knowledge: Become a connoisseur of our watersports offerings, pricing, and promotions, ensuring you can answer any question thrown your way.
• Safety First: Educate customers on essential safety procedures, equipment usage, and any necessary waivers to guarantee their security during their adventure.
• Customer Happiness: Craft memorable customer experiences by addressing inquiries and concerns with care, professionalism, and enthusiasm.

What You Need:

• A warm and outgoing personality, complemented by strong communication skills.
• Prior sales experience, ideally within the watersports or tourism industry.
• Familiarity with watersports activities, safety protocols, and local regulations.
• A customer-centric approach and a talent for creating exceptional experiences.
• Availability for night shifts and flexibility in your schedule.
• Basic computer skills for managing reservations and payments via Fareharbor booking platform.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
