Title: Administrative Assistant

Type/Location: Full-time, in-person position in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Position: The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to CEO and provide all office support. This role will report directly to the CEO but will work collaboratively with all members of the team. Ideal candidate, would have knowledge of the real estate industry, is an excellent communicator and is an absolute multi tasker. Paralegal or a financial background is a plus!

Key Functions:

  • Prioritizing and organizing requests for meetings with executives and general calendar management.
  • Performs front desk reception duties including answering phone calls and directing calls to appropriate persons or takes messages.
  • Greet and welcome visitors and determines whether they should see specific individuals.
  • Performs general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining certain records in a management database.
  • Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming correspondence.
  • Makes travel arrangements for executives.
  • Prepares agendas and makes arrangements such as coordinating catering for luncheons and other meetings.
  • Provides clerical support to other departments.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Hospitality background is a big plus.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish.
  • Active Notary.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Flexible team-player with the ability to balance multiple projects.
  • Comfortable and responsive when interacting with management and clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
