Fuse HVAC Services & Electrical San Francisco is Hiring an Estimator Intern (Sales Manager) Near San Francisco, CA
Opportunity to learn and grow as a professional!
You will learn how to
•Measure and assess the possibilities of electrical installations during the check-out (АС/furnace/ductwork/electrical/refrigeration);
•Negotiate with customers for the sale of electrical installations;
•Enforce sales plans;
•Formate discounts and offers, develop and control new offers;
•Track changes in installation requirements and notify colleagues;
Qualifications
•Residence in the USA;
•Sales Experience (Preferred);
•Good driving record and valid driver license as necessary;
•Positive Attitude;
•Great negotiation skills;
•English C1 and Russian language as necessary.
Conditions
Full-time work at our office at San Francisco. 30% of working time – visits for customers; 70% - office work/work from home. Compensation after the training period will be 4% from the gross profit of the implementation projects. Training period is 1 month and not paid.
