- Manage and mentor a team of database administrators and data engineers.
- Provide guidance, set goals and assist team members develop their skills
- Oversee database design, installation, configuration, backup and recovery.
- Develop and implement data management strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related (an advanced degree would be highly preferred)
- 7 years of experience working with data
- 3 years in a leadership role managing 10 or more data members
- Proficiency with SQL Server
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data analysis, data management
