Project Manager Specialist - Marketing

Location: St. Louis, MO

Company: Fortune 100 Food & Beverage Manufacturing

Initial term: 18 months (position expected to run longer)

Project & Process Management:

• Develop, manage, and communicate project timelines for both internal and external teams.
• Organize project kickoffs, collaborations, and presentations.
• Lead internal/brand status meetings and daily Kanban standup sessions.
• Implement agile principles for process optimization.
• Act as the central point for all project execution, ensuring collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee high-volume, quick-turn projects across print, digital, experiential, and content production.
• Manage production phases after creative and copy approval.
• Contribute to strategic discussions on consumer journey and communication choices.
• Proficient in Content Hub and/or VR Financial tools.

Financial Management:

• Open jobs and utilize agency software tools.
• Scope project jobs with account leads.
• Issue POs to external vendors.

Agency/Client Service:

• Manage production requests from internal teams, clients, or partner agencies.
• Ensure project accuracy by gathering and vetting specifications.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in a marketing/advertising agency project management role.
• Proven contribution to client businesses in an agency environment.

Additional Skills:

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and project management/agile tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Attention to detail, thoroughness, and proactive attitude.
