The main purpose of this position will be to support the Logistics Supervisor. Develop core understandings of internal systems and SAP which will help utilize efficiency in the Pilot Plant. Ensure appropriate raw material ordering and receiving, and schedule trials in a timely manner.

Position Summary

Primary Responsibilities
- Support Logistics Supervisor on a daily basis with ordering of raw materials.
- Work with Product Development Scientists to schedule Pilot Plant trials.
- Ensure the Pilot Plant resources are available to execute schedule.
- Responsible to follow and uphold all Food Safety, Food Quality, Occupational Safety, Health and Environment policies and procedures in responsibility.
- Make sure that the company standards for pricing is followed, while creating PO's.
- BS or BA degree in Logistics, Finance, Supply Chain or related fields, equivalent experience will be considered
- 1 years of managing experience in a warehouse or food manufacturing environment
- Skilled in use of Microsoft Office tools
- Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Strong interpersonal & leadership skills
- Strong organizational & planning skills
- Detail oriented
- Up to $28.40 per hour Overtime
