Position: Legal Secretary/Paralegal

We are a growing family law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services in a supportive and team-oriented environment. We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary or Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years of family law experience to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain attorney calendars and manage appointments
- Provide general administrative support
- Prepare pleadings and discovery documents
- E-file pleadings using Odyssey
- Draft and proofread correspondence
- Assist in managing time effectively and multitasking
- Proactively meet deadlines
- Learn and take on specialized tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a legal secretary or paralegal in family law
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in time management and multitasking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work proactively and independently
- Familiarity with Odyssey e-filing system is a plus
