Operations Manager Responsibilities Include:
Meeting weekly with CEO and Leadership Team to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
Supervise Administrative Staff and Managers and provide constructive feedback
Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
Manage Customer Service and Student Retention and continually update systems for each
Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
Hire new Administrative Staff as needed and lead onboarding and training
Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Build relationships with clients and staff to promote our family-oriented atmosphere
Ensure that the company operates with Core Values and culture at the forefront of all decisions and transactions
Requirements for Operations Manager applicants:
Previous management experience
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Outstanding communication and people skills
Must love systems and processes and be detail-oriented
Base knowledge of Dance industry a plus, willingness to learn is required
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
Familiarity with MS Office, G-suite and project management software
