Overview

Fusion Medical Staffing is searching for Healthcare Recruiters to join our Sales teams. As a recruiter, you will spend your day making connections with, and advocating on behalf of, your travelers. You will be the primary point of contact between Fusion and the travelers that work for you, reviewing resumes, submitting to open jobs in the market and recruiting the best candidates based upon the needs of the client.

Start date: October 7th

Essential Functions

  • Attract, hire, and retain travelers
  • Qualify candidate to job order
  • Provide customer service to our travelers with ethics and integrity
  • Utilize strong communication skills to work with client managers
  • Utilize time management and organizational skills to run a successful desk
  • Meet department call number expectations
  • Develop knowledge of database and other recruiting tools

Work Environment

This position operates as a local position and routinely uses standard office equipment.

Work environment defined:

Local - position has in-office requirements and would require employee to live in the local area

Hybrid - position has weekly in-office requirements but ability to work from home as well, would require employee to live in the local area

Remote - no in-office requirements, employee would not need to live in the local area

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, with or without accommodation.

  • Employee is regularly required to talk and hear
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment, such as a phone, headset, calculator, copier, and printer
  • The person in this position may need to occasionally move about inside the office to access files, computer equipment, copier, etc.

Position Type/Expected hours worked

This is a full-time position, and standard hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST (flexible start/end times with manager discretion, requiring 8 hours per day). Regular and punctual attendance is required

Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma/GED and/or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • 2 years of full-time customer service, sales, and/or recruiting experience

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Relevant medical staffing industry experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
