We are seeking a Part Time Front Desk Liaison that also may include occasional weekend shifts. Available shifts will be on Monday thru Fridays from 6:45am-Noon.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Bring dogs and pets to and from their kennels

- Clean Cat Litter Boxes and Check on Cats as needed

- Accurate data entry

- Handling money & credit card transactions

- Balance reports at shift end

- Answering phone calls for our boarding, daycare, grooming and training departments

- Making pet reservations

- Verifying animal vaccinations

- Maintaining a clean work station

- Answering customer questions or directing the message to appropriate party

- Strong Oral Communication Skills

- Friendly Presence with Customers

- Ability to multi-task efficiently

- Ability to stay calm when multiple customers are present or waiting
