Fusion Sign and Design located in Casa Grande, AZ is currently seeking a full-time, experienced sign fabricator to join our growing company.
Fusion Sign & Design is a full service, custom sign company located in Casa Grande, AZ. We are looking for a talented individual with sign fabricating experience to join our dynamic team as we achieve our next level of excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience with all types of fabrication; however, we are mainly working with wood and acrylic at this time. Future fabrication may include cutting, bending, welding, assembling steel and aluminum. The gifted person to fill this position must be able to read drawings and plans, have a strong work ethic and hold a “Can-Do” attitude, even under stress.

Following are the qualifications the successful candidate must possess:
*Experience in the sign industry required
*Experience with wood and acrylic fabrication
* Metal fabrication/welding experience (Steel & Aluminum) in the sign industry
* Ability to read drawing, plans and designs
* Skilled with power and hand tools
* Attention to detail is a must
* Creative approach to problem solving, must be able to think outside the box
* Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
* Show pride in work and a determination to finish the job.
* Present a clean and appropriately dressed appearance.
* Demonstrate the ability to represent Fusion Sign and Design in a professional manner and with integrity.
* Strong organizational skills, eye for detail.
* Ability to follow detailed written instructions
* Finish carpentry and basic construction skills needed.
* Ability to work in a very fast paced environment with deadlines.
* Scheduling flexibility/ Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
* Exhibit a Can-Do attitude to always meet deadlines and due dates
* Wages D.O.E.

Pay: $18.00 to $21.00
