Our elite global Banking client is seeking to recruit a Director Loan Syndication to oversee the bank's syndication process and manage primary and secondary syndication transactions for multiple project finance asset classes with a particular focus on energy infrastructure and renewable energy infrastructure transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the bank's syndication process and manage primary and secondary syndication transactions for multiple project finance asset classes with a particular focus on energy infrastructure and renewable energy infrastructure transactions
• Lead the arrangement and distribution of syndication and club deals
• Advise the portfolio management team on the sale or acquisition of loans based on deep knowledge of market appetite, liquidity and pricing
• Oversee the execution of loan sales or acquisitions and manage the transaction settlement process
• Serve as the bank's primary interface with the energy, aviation and infrastructure market
• Develop, maintain and leverage relationships with external syndication bankers to position the bank as a key business partner
• Develop and manage relationships with external distribution networks and institutional investors across multiple asset classes
• Attend and participate in industry conferences and events
• Support capital markets and structuring teams on selective transactions
• Assist with negotiating and drafting transaction documentation, term sheets, mandate letters, etc.
• Mentor and guide junior team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7 years of project finance loan syndication transaction execution experience
• Broad knowledge of multiple project finance asset classes (energy infrastructure, renewable energy, aviation, etc.)
• Broad knowledge of the loan syndication and distribution process
• Advanced relationship building skills
• Demonstrated experience negotiating and drafting transaction documentation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
