A key to our company and employees’ success is our team of Information Technology professionals who provide excellent problem-solving and technical support to keep our technology infrastructure running smoothly. We are currently seeking a Help Desk Technician to join this team!
As a Help Desk Technician, Your Responsibilities Will Be
  • Answering Help Desk calls as needed.
  • Responding to Help Desk tickets submitted via email, phone or in person in a courteous and professional manner
  • Providing initial documentation in the Help Desk system, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of hardware and/or software issues
  • Escalating Help Desk tickets as needed to other members of the IT team
  • Preparing equipment for new employees and actively participate in onboarding program to educate new employees about Fuss & O’Neill’s IT programs and policies
Requirements
  • A High School degree or equivalent. Continuing education in information technology or a related field is a plus
  • Typically requires at least 2 years of relevant experience providing hands on technical support to end users'
  • A certification preferred
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organization skills
  • Ability to travel to other regional offices within New England as needed
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment while maintaining ownership of individual responsibilities
  • Prior knowledge working with Microsoft office 365 is a plus
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
This position will report to the Manchester, NH; Boston, MA; or Quincy, MA office 4 days per week and may sit remote 1 day per week. Create your space, create your career, create your future. Let’s see what we can create together!
