Job Summary:
We are seeking a new Project Manager with extensive Construction Management experience to join our growing team. Your role will be to work with a team of Project Engineers, Project Coordinators, and Project Accountants and expertly manage bridge work/infrastructure/plant & process, schools and municipal, and pump station projects from preconstruction to closeout.

- Efficiently, effectively and confidently manage a team using excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Deliver formal presentations in front of others as needed
- Resolve issues with a win-win outcome in mind, using strong problem-solving skills
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Lead by example, displaying honesty and integrity
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional customer service re-construction
- Manage construction activities
- Estimating
- Contract management
- Change Orders
- Punch Out Lists
- Scheduling (ideally P6)
- Construction means and methods
- Cost control
- Payment processes
- Closeouts
- Submittals
- Develop operating strategies, plans, or procedures
- Communicate organizational information to customers or other stakeholders
What You Will Bring:
- Our ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred, but will accept experience in lieu of education
- Previous PM experience with reputable construction companies
- Vertical construction experience
- Heavy civil experience (bridges, CTA/Metra work, highways, etc.)
- Pump station, waste water treatment experience a plus
- Cost Estimating experience
- Experience using Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Viewpoint, P6
- Team building and leadership/management experience
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
