Our Client is looking for an associate with 3-5 years of litigation experience, to join its Labor & Employment Practice Group.
Ideal applicants will have experience with federal litigation, preferably matters involving employment or civil rights issues, as well as experience with federal and state agencies that oversee employment and civil rights, like the EEOC.
Ideal applicants will further have experience engaging in discovery and motion practice, including substantive brief writing, whether in state or federal court.
Academically and professionally distinguished applicants with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently are encouraged to apply.
