Position Summary:

Swim Staff with Future Stars Camp are responsible for the safety of campers and teaching group swim lessons.

Entry Requirements:

Prior or Current certification in:

• American Red Cross Lifeguard Training or comparable lifeguard certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Thorough knowledge of teaching swimming and water safety skills
• Decision-making skills
• Communication skills

Responsibilities:
Familiarity with American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim levels

• Ensure all class participants are visible and safe at all times
• Ensure and teach water safety
• Complete additional duties as assigned by Camp Director

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
