Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a CPA designation and public accounting experience. This role involves managing month-end close processes, fixed assets, capital project tracking, property tax reporting, and collaborating with auditors and the external reporting team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Oversee fixed assets accounting, including capitalization and depreciation.
- Track and report on capital projects.
- Assist in preparing and filing property tax returns.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors.
- Provide financial information for quarterly and annual reports.
- Communicate effectively via email and verbally.
Qualifications:
- CPA required.
- Preferred experience in public accounting and working with public companies.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively.
